Our journey in Italy started with the launch of Air Slovakia as GSA in Feb.2005 for
sector

We are pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the fastest growing Travel Consortium comprising of 5
major brands namely World Travels Regd, Kandhari Travels(P) Ltd,,Kandhari Aviation Service s.r.l , Indo
Italian Tour and Travels s.r.l, (Maharaja Travels) INC in India, Italy.
The journey that started as a small travel agency in 1991in the name of World Travels Regd.
Jalandhar(PUNJAB) under the visionary leadership of Mr. Anil Kumar Kandhari, the Chairman and Owner of the
Group, has not just been a roller coaster for the group over the last 30 years, but has been trend setter
and a benchmark for the industry.
Mr.Kandhari Values of calculated risk taking, trusting people and mutual respect has made the group a
unique consortium where there is internal competition and desire to excel in every aspect of travel. This
entrepreneurial culture and a focus on customers helped the group reach newer heights year after year.
Covid 19-Considering a Crises as an opportunity to serve our customers is DNA of Kandhari Group. Staying
true to our values, we were one of the first ones to start charter flight to Italy and Canada adding more
customers and earning good will through exceptional customer service through a highly motivated field
force who did not see any layoffs or salary cuts despite the grim industry scenario.
Having a rich experience in Airline Consolidation, Retail Airline sales, Holiday Package Sales and GSA
operations, the company is growing at a rate of CAGR multiple folds per annum for the last 5 years and has
been recognized by the airline and industry bodies from time to time for excellence in sales and process
Important Milestones
1997- World Travels got Recognition from Air Travel official body IATA
2003- started M/s Kandhari Travels (P) Ltd ,
2005- Italy launch and a GSA for Air Slovakia flight for Sector Bergamo (Milan) – Amritsar –
Bergamo(Milan).
2006 we got an official license under European Union.
2007- Started operations in New Delhi
2008- Started operations in Chandigarh
2010- Got IATA Accreditation in Italy to give better service to our customers.
2007-2015- opened 6 more offices in Italy expanding presence in Romano di Lombardi a (BG)
(Milan),Milano, Verolanova, Arzignano, Cremona, Casalmaggiore and Rome covering the length and
breadth of Italy
2020. Kandhari Aviation Service s.r.l Italy, appointed as off line GSA for Spice Jet
2021-Very soon we shall be moving to a State-of-the-Art Corporate Office at Via Giacomo Matteotti,
28/Via Nazario Sauro,9, Romano di Lombardi a 24058 (BG) , this facility called Kandhari Business
Centre will not just manage North Italy consolidation, but, very soon, will also host a 24 hrs call
Centre to support our Italy,India operations to achieve customer delight.
Recently we have launched our own PORTAL( www.kandharitravels.com ) which has been appreciated by all our B2B
customers.
Last but not the least we opened new branch office of World Travels Regd. In Jaipur( Rajasthan) in OCT 2021.
In the past three decades, we have gained an excellent reputation for our high-quality Service, fast delivery
and dedicated service to our customers.
Under the leadership of Mr.Harpal Singh, who has strong Marketing and Sales background, our Itallian arm
expanded to 6 markets and during Covid time, we increased its virtual footprint while working on our
relationships with almost all Airlines, serving our customers, through our charter flights products and seat
blocks from Italy to India, creating a name for Kandhari Travels Italy, Kandhari Group and Kandhari Travels Inc Canada as
India Market experts.
Manpower: With over 100 employees, well trained from approved training agencies with some having an experience
of over 25 years working in this industry and serving both domestic and international clients.
Our team is well comfortable communicating in Italian, English, Hindi and other regional languages to provide
a customer friendly service.
All our offices are well equipped with most advanced technologies, all major computerized reservation and
global distribution systems (Amadeus, Abacus, Galileo, Saber and World span), high speed internet, Email, Fax
and many more telephones lines to cater to all kinds of travel requirements of their clients through inter
office co-ordination across geographies.

IATA, ACTA ( CANADA). One of our Director, undersigned held the post of Hon. Secretary of TAAI from 2005 to
2011 and Chairman Punjab Chapter of TAAI from 2011 to 2016.
